Salesforce Certification Update: All Exams Moving to Trailhead Academy from July 21, 2025

Effective July 21, 2025, ALL Salesforce certifications—including Administrator, Developer, Architect, Tableau, MuleSoft, and others—will officially transition from Webassessor to Trailhead Academy.

This shift is designed to simplify your certification journey and provide a unified dashboard for managing your learning, exams, and credentials—all in one place via Trailhead.

What’s Changing?

Until now, Salesforce certification exams were scheduled and managed through Webassessor. But starting July 21:

All exam scheduling, credential records, and new certifications will move to Trailhead Academy.
Webassessor will no longer be used for managing Salesforce credentials.

This is a permanent transition, so it’s essential to prepare in advance.

What You Need to Do

To ensure your certification data is transferred correctly:

1. Verify Your Email

Make sure your Trailblazer profile email matches the email associated with your Webassessor account.
➡️ Go to your Trailblazer Profile and confirm your email.

2. Update Your Webassessor Email if Needed

If the emails don’t match, log into Webassessor and update your email address to the same one used in your Trailblazer profile.
This ensures that your certification history, badges, and progress are migrated properly.

If your emails don’t match, you risk losing access to your certification records and missing updates on future exam requirements or renewals.

By unifying everything under Trailhead, Salesforce aims to:
